Website Disclaimer
Business Name (Operating As): Daya Insurance
Legal Name: Daya Insurance Agency Inc.
This website is owned and operated by Daya Insurance (legal name: Daya Insurance Agency Inc.). The information provided on this website is for general informational and educational purposes only.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that website content is accurate and current, we make no representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, that any information on this website is complete, accurate, reliable, suitable, available, or up to date for any particular person, purpose, or situation.
Your use of this website and any reliance on its content is strictly at your own risk.
How We Are Compensated and How We Manage Conflicts of Interest
Daya Insurance Agency Inc. does not charge clients a fee for advice, quotes, policy comparisons, or applications.
We are compensated by the insurance carrier whose product a client chooses to purchase. This compensation is normally paid as a commission calculated on the premium of the policy placed, and may include a first-year commission, ongoing renewal or service commissions, and, in the case of segregated fund contracts, ongoing trailing commissions. The premium a client pays is the carrier’s published premium and is not increased because the policy is arranged through us.
Because compensation rates differ between carriers and between products, a conflict of interest can arise between the interest of the client and the financial interest of the advisor. We manage that conflict in the following ways:
we disclose the existence and general nature of our compensation, as set out above, before an application is submitted
we do not operate carrier-specific sales targets, quotas, or volume commitments that would favour one insurer over another
we recommend products on the basis of the client’s stated needs, health history, budget, and eligibility, and not on the basis of the compensation payable to us
where a product from a carrier we represent is not appropriate for a client, we say so
A client may request further information about the compensation payable in respect of a specific policy at any time, before or after the policy is placed, by contacting us using the details in the Contact section of this page. We will provide that information.
This section describes our compensation and conflict-of-interest practices. It does not limit any obligation we owe under the Insurance Act (Ontario), the regulations and rules made under it, or the equivalent legislation of any other province in which we are licensed.

Visitor & Super Visa Quoting Engine Disclaimer
The quotes provided on this page are estimates generated for general informational and comparison purposes only. They do not constitute an offer, solicitation, or guarantee of insurance coverage, nor do they form a binding contract between the user, Daya Insurance Agency Inc. (operating as Daya Insurance), or any insurance carrier listed. Final premiums, policy terms, conditions, exclusions, and eligibility are determined exclusively by the issuing insurance carrier upon completion of the application and underwriting process. Rates displayed are based on the information entered by the user and are subject to change by the carrier at any time without prior notice. Monthly payment estimates, including administration fees, are approximations based on carrier-published payment structures and may differ from the carrier's actual billing at the time of purchase. Daya Insurance Agency Inc., its agents, and its representatives do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the estimated premiums shown and shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or discrepancies between the estimates displayed and the actual premiums quoted or charged by the carrier.
Pre-existing medical condition coverage varies by carrier and plan. The selection of "With Pre-Existing" or "Without Pre-Existing" in this tool does not guarantee coverage for any specific medical condition. Users must review each carrier's policy wording to understand how pre-existing conditions are defined, assessed, and covered under their specific plan. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to read, review, and understand the insurance carrier's policy booklet, wording, terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations before purchasing any insurance product. Failure to review the policy wording does not constitute grounds for a claim dispute or complaint against the carrier or Daya Insurance Agency Inc. The estimates provided by this tool do not replace professional insurance advice. Users are encouraged to consult with a licensed insurance advisor for guidance specific to their individual circumstances.
Users are advised to verify all premium amounts, coverage details, and policy terms directly with the insurance carrier before making a purchase decision. Clicking "Buy Online" (if available) will redirect you to the carrier's website, where the binding transaction, underwriting, and policy issuance takes place. By using this tool, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and that the estimates provided do not replace a full review of the policy documentation. This tool is operated by Daya Insurance Agency Inc., a licensed insurance agency regulated under the Insurance Act and in accordance with applicable provincial regulatory guidelines.
All quotes reflect rates available at the specific date and time the search was performed. Any quote result, whether viewed on screen, printed, saved, or captured by screenshot or other means, represents an estimate only at that moment in time. It does not constitute a confirmed, locked, or guaranteed premium. Daya Insurance Agency Inc. is not responsible for any difference between an estimate previously displayed and the actual premium charged by the carrier at the time of purchase.
Carrier Policy Documents Disclaimer
This disclaimer applies to all pages, tools, documents, and resources published on the Daya Insurance Agency Inc. website at dayainsurance.ca, including but not limited to the Resources Page, the Quote Tool, blog posts, service pages, and any documents downloaded or accessed through this website, as well as any advice, guidance, or information provided by Daya Insurance Agency Inc. or its representatives in person, by telephone, by email, or through any other communication channel.
About Daya Insurance Agency Inc.
Daya Insurance Agency Inc. acts solely as a licensed insurance distributor and intermediary. Daya Insurance Agency Inc. is not the insurer and does not underwrite, guarantee, or assume liability for any of the insurance products described in these documents. All insurance products are underwritten exclusively by the respective insurance carriers.
About These Documents
The policy wording and product overview documents provided on the Daya Insurance Resources Page are sourced from the respective insurance carriers for general reference only and may not reflect the most current policy terms. They do not constitute a legal or binding description of coverage. The official policy wording issued by the insurer is the only document that governs your coverage. Nothing on this page constitutes legal, medical, or financial advice. These documents are provided as a convenience only and on an "as is" basis, without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied. Always obtain the most current version of the policy wording directly from the carrier before purchasing.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for reading and understanding the full policy booklet before purchasing. Purchasing insurance does not guarantee coverage for any specific condition, claim, or circumstance. Please read the carrier policy wording carefully before purchasing visitor insurance or Super Visa insurance. The information on this page should not be used as a substitute for personal advice from a licensed insurance advisor or other appropriate professional advisor. Daya Insurance Agency Inc. is not responsible for any denial of coverage, voided policy, or unpaid claim resulting from your failure to review the policy wording prior to purchase. Daya Insurance Agency Inc. shall not be responsible for any detrimental reliance that you may place upon the documents or their contents whatsoever.
No Guarantee of Approval
The insurance carrier reserves the right to decline any application at their sole discretion. Premiums, terms, and eligibility criteria are subject to change by the carrier without notice. Always verify current rates and terms directly with the carrier at the time of purchase. Products and services are available only in jurisdictions where they may be lawfully offered for sale in accordance with applicable provincial and federal laws.
Eligibility, Exclusions & Limitations
Each carrier's policy contains specific eligibility requirements, exclusions, limitations, and conditions that may affect your coverage. Common exclusions may include but are not limited to: pre-existing medical conditions that do not meet the stability requirements, elective procedures, pregnancy complications, and high-risk activities. This list is illustrative only, is not exhaustive, and does not represent the complete exclusions of any specific carrier or plan. The complete list of exclusions is unique to each carrier and each plan. You must read the full policy wording to understand what is and is not covered under your specific plan.
Stability requirements vary by carrier, plan, and age. Generally, a medical condition is considered stable when there has been no new diagnosis, no new symptoms, no change in medication or treatment, no hospitalization, and no referral to a specialist during the stability period required by your specific plan prior to your effective date. The required stability period varies by carrier, the plan selected, and your age at the time of purchase. A condition that does not meet the stability requirements of your specific plan will not be covered, even if it has been previously diagnosed and treated.
⚠️ Misrepresentation Warning
Providing inaccurate or incomplete information on your application, including about your medical history, may result in your policy being voided and all claims being denied. This applies whether the misrepresentation was intentional or unintentional.
Limitation of Liability for Documents
Daya Insurance Agency Inc. makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the documents provided on the Resources Page. Daya Insurance Agency Inc. shall not be held liable for any loss, denial of claim, or damage arising from reliance on these documents.
Not Sure About a Medical Condition?
If you are purchasing insurance on behalf of someone else, or for yourself, and you are unsure whether a medical condition will be covered — please call the insurance carrier directly before purchasing, or show the policy wording to your physician. Some carriers specifically recommend consulting your doctor to determine whether your medical condition meets the stability requirements for coverage or if you are eligible to purchase a policy. Do not rely solely on the advice of an insurance advisor to determine medical eligibility. Only a licensed physician familiar with your full medical history can assess whether your condition meets a carrier's stability requirements.

This disclaimer and all pages, tools, documents, communications, and resources covered by its scope are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from the use of this website, its documents, or any communication with Daya Insurance Agency Inc. or its representatives shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
